1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized items.
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

3. Return Process

• Contact us at contact@msjewellersshop.com to initiate a return.
• We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
• Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at contact@msjewellersshop.com.

6. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
